How My Dock Buddies plans and buddy unlocks work

Start with one buddy

Your buddies unlock once payment is confirmed
You pay on our payment partner’s secure checkout page, where you can also enter a coupon code. As soon as the payment goes through, your characters appear in your library, usually within seconds.
What you get today
You sign in with a 6-digit code or a link sent to your email, pay on a secure checkout and see your characters and receipts in your library. The Mac app is a free download for anyone, and your library links to it too. Sign in to the app with the same email, and the buddies you paid for download onto your Mac.
New activities keep arriving
We add new activities to the characters regularly, and we ask members what they would like to see next. Members get all of it as part of their plan, with nothing extra to buy.
What happens at the end of a plan
Your characters stay with you while your plan is active. Turning off renewal in your library keeps everything until the end of the time you paid for, and you are not charged again. Lifetime never renews and never expires. Purchases are final; the refund policy lists the few billing mistakes we always put right.
