Buddy unlocks, plans (Lifetime included), custom buddies and coffees are not refunded once paid, including for a change of mind. Each buddy unlocks the moment you pay, and part of every payment goes straight to payment fees and the servers that run your buddies.
Cancel any time
Turn off renewal in your library whenever you like, or cancel the automatic payment with your bank or card. You are not charged again, and you keep access until the end of the time you have already paid for. Unused time is not refunded. Lifetime is one payment with no renewal, so there is nothing to cancel.
When a renewal is not paid
If a renewal payment fails or is cancelled, your buddies keep working until the end of the period you paid for, then they pause. Start your plan again and they come back, with your library as you left it.
What we always put right
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or something you paid for never unlocked, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We unlock what you paid for or return the extra charge.
Custom buddies
We show you the price before you pay, and payment is final. We aim to deliver within 72 hours of payment; if we need more time, we tell you and ask for it. If we still can’t deliver your buddy, we refund your payment in full. That is the only refund for custom work.
Buddies removed after a likeness report
If a custom buddy is removed because the person it shows did not agree to it, the payment is not returned.
Disputes with your bank
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most problems are quicker to fix directly. If a charge is reversed through a dispute, whatever it paid for is removed from your library.
