This policy is pending final legal review.
Moving at your pace
The playground has a Pause motion button. If your device is set to reduce motion, the character starts paused. Choosing an activity starts it, and you can pause again whenever you like. You can read, browse, sign in and shop without using the playground at all.
Keyboard and screen readers
Every activity has a named button, so you never need to click the colored tiles. Links, fields and buttons show clearly when they are selected. Pages have headings, labels, image descriptions and a skip-to-content link. Checkout errors and updates are read out by screen readers.
Phones and computers
Pages work on computers and phones, with readable text and buttons that are easy to tap. Payment happens on our payment partner’s secure checkout page.
Another way to send a custom request
The custom buddy form uses standard labeled fields and checkboxes, and tells you in words how many photos have been sent. If the form does not work for you, contact us and we will take your request and photos another way.
What still needs work
The moving playground can’t be fully described out loud, so we describe Max in words instead. A full accessibility review of the website, and accessibility work on the Mac app, are still ahead.
Tell us
Tell us about anything that gets in your way through the contact page, choosing “Privacy & accessibility” as the topic. We read every message and will reply to the email you give us.
